Proofreading and Editing
I will go through your text and make any necessary revisions in order for it to be easier to read and structurally sound.
I will also check for any errors and make amendments where necessary.
Price will be dependent on the length of work and the extent of editing required.
There are three types of editing you can request:
1) Light editing—the majority of the work is kept to the same structure, but inconsistencies are resolved.
2) Medium editing—more editorial intervention for when the text is uneven and inconsistent.
3) Heavy editing—for when reconstruction and rewriting are needed to ensure the work is presentable for its target market.
Proofreading only
I will check your text for errors only (spelling, grammar, punctuation and other errors) and make amendments where necessary.
Price will be largely dependent on the length of the work.

After many years of working in administrative roles, I was at a bit of a crossroads. I thought that I’d end up in healing or coaching work, but life had other plans.
After a very difficult time in my life, I had been considering proofreading; I have always been good with spelling and grammar, and had occasionally been asked to check through documents at work.
So I enrolled on a course with College of Media and Publishing, passed it with distinction, and here I am.
I am interested in working with people in the creative field, and also with neurodiverse individuals (of which I am one). I can edit fiction or non-fiction material, providing the work is a good mutual fit.
